1. Do you offer gift cards?
Yes, we do offer gift cards. You can get the gift card as per your budget and surprise your loved ones! Scroll towards the 'Gift Cards' tab on the main menu.
2. How do I know if my order has been placed?
Once you have successfully completed your purchase, you will receive an email confirming your order along with your receipt. If you haven’t received a confirmation email, do check your junk and spam folder.
3. Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order anytime before it is shipped. Kindly ensure to give us a heads up as soon as possible as we aim to dispatch orders quickly.
4. Can I return or exchange an order?
Yes, we would be happy to assist you with a return or exchange if you are unsatisfied with your order. If there is any issue with you order, please email us at info@thekeencompany.co within 10 days to request for an exchange or return. To be eligible for replacement, item must be in its original condition and packaging, and should be unused and unworn. The customer will be requested to pay the fees of the shipment. We currently only offer store credit in the case of returns.
5. Can I place a preorder for a product that is sold out?
Yes, you can place a preorder for a product that is sold out. Most of our products are available for preorder unless specified otherwise. If there is a product you would like to preorder but can’t find it on our website, please email us at info@thekeencompany.co.
6. Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free shipping for all orders above AED 150 across UAE.
7.Do you offer International shipping?
Yes, we offer international shipping via DHL. The cost varies as per the country and/or region and will be automatically calculated upon checkout. If you are unable to find your country on the list, please email us at info@thekeencompany.co and we’ll see how we can arrange the delivery.
8.When will I receive my order?
Orders generally take 1-3 working days for deliveries across UAE. International days can take longer but should be delivered within 10 working days. We are not liable for any delays caused by customs.
