Our journey began with a simple idea: to create a home decor brand that transcends cultural boundaries and caters to the global expat community of Middle east.

But we soon realized that we couldn't do it alone. We knew that collaboration was key to creating exceptional designs that stood out from the competition. That's why we not only create stunning home decor but also support local communities and help to preserve traditional craftsmanship.

My curiosity about craft began in my childhood when I would travel to far flung areas of Rajasthan visiting carpet weavers and small scale industries with my grandmother. My roots from the heritage town of Jodhpur further enhanced my interest in different handcrafting, woodwork and sculpting techniques.

Fifteen years back, I moved to Dubai and after fifteen years of working in a corporate setup, I decided to pursue work that was closer to my soul.

The Keen Company summarises my travel experiences and connections with my roots. It provides a glimpse into life of an expat in amazing Dubai. It brings together years of learning about craft techniques, timeless collaborations and keen business sense.
