Return Policy
The Keen Company has a 14-day return policy, which means that you can request a return up to 14 days after receiving your parcel. It is important to note that to be eligible for a return; your item must be in the same condition that you receive it, unused or unworn, with the original packaging and all tags intact. In addition, you will be required to show the proof of purchase or receipt for return.

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to return the parcel. Do ensure that you have first requested a return before sending it to the address we provide.
Damages and Issues
We request you inspect your order upon reception. If there is any damage or issue, kindly reach out to us immediately.
Non-returnable items
If you have any concerns or questions about a specific item, please reach out to us. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on items purchased with gift cards or items on sale.
Refunds
Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect and evaluate it. If the refund is approved, you will automatically receive the amount in your original payment method. We will inform you if your refund is not approved. Kindly note, it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. The refunds are processed within 10 to 45 days, depending on the issuing bank.
Refunds for products with a delivery schedule above 7 days
We do not provide support for returns; however, we will evaluate the possibility of issuing a refund once we have received the images and conducted a thorough assessment. Depending on the extent of damage, refunds may be taken into consideration and can be attributed to various reasons such as incorrect item, incorrect quantity, or damage during transit.

Delivery within the UAE
The Keen Company offers delivery all over UAE, and the items are shipped via a third-party courier. All orders above AED 150 is eligible for free shipping. We require 1-3 working days to deliver the products and charge a flat rate of AED 19. Kindly ensure you provide your full address and contact details to avoid delays in delivery.

Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, or before it is dispatched. We will process the refund to the original payment method initiated by the customer. Please allow 10-45 days for the refund transfer to be completed.
